My dear dear Lydia… what a fun book you’ve created with your debut novel. Your first time out the gate is a winner. Cinderella and the Duke is positively enchanting. The main characters are wonderful together. A perfect pairing, both a force to be reckoned with. Their banter back and forth…energetic, sarcastic, and at times hilarious. Yes…there’s steam…but it’s tepid.
Gregory Carter, Duke of Ashworth is a rake. From tip to stern. Partaking in his pleasure steering clear of wistful debutantes and match-making mommas…for marriage is not for him. Not now..not ever…that is until he meets a blonde-haired goddess who not only intrigues him…she makes him laugh. She’s clever and unpredictable and something of a novelty.
